Container program

Nroro sells to distributors and dealers by the full container, made to order at the factory and delivered to your warehouse.

Program terms

Minimum order	One full 20-ft container
Mixing	Any mix of Nroro products in one container: SPC and LVT flooring, slat and flat wall panels, trims and underlayment
Payment	30% deposit with the order, 70% before the container ships from the factory
Lead time	30–45 days from deposit until the container leaves the factory
Delivery	Door-to-door delivered price: freight, customs, duty and delivery included. Quoted per order.
Samples	Free sample kit — we pay the shipping

Apply. Send the dealer application with your company details and the product lines you sell.
Samples and specs. We send a free sample kit, spec sheets and test reports.
Build your container. Choose designs and quantities across the Nroro range — any mix in one container.
Quote. We send a door-to-door delivered quote for your address, valid 14 days.
Order. Pay the 30% deposit. Production and loading take 30–45 days.
Balance and shipping. Pay the 70% balance (including duty) before the container leaves the factory. We handle ocean freight, customs and trucking to your warehouse.

Quotes are valid for 14 days. Changes in tariffs or freight between the quote and arrival are passed through at cost.
Duty is collected with the 70% balance payment.
Two hours of free unloading time at your warehouse; after that, waiting time is charged. You need a forklift or a loading dock.
Cargo insurance is included. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, with photos, at delivery.
