What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects, including delamination and defects in dimension, thickness and plank stability.
• Wear-through of the 0.5 mm wear layer under normal use. Scratches, dents and loss of gloss are not wear-through.

What it does not cover

• Installation that does not follow the Nroro installation instructions, including nailing or gluing click planks, acclimating less than 48 hours, or fixing cabinets on top of the floor.
• Defects visible before installation — inspect every plank before it goes down.
• Accidents, fire, burns, flooding, pets, high heels, rolling loads and furniture without protective pads.
• Fading or gloss change from sunlight or normal ageing.
• Concrete subfloors without a 6-mil moisture barrier; moisture, alkali or hydrostatic pressure from the subfloor.
• Radiant heat with a floor surface above 85°F (29.8°C).
• Outdoor use, and harsh chemicals or cleaners not recommended for vinyl floors.

Who is covered

The original purchaser at the original installation site. The warranty is not transferable.

How to make a claim

Email us (address below) with your proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photos or video. Dealers submit claims for their customers the same way.
