This website is operated by Muoma LLC, doing business as Nroro ("Nroro", "we", "us", "our"), 1130 N Nimitz Hwy A121, Honolulu, HI 96817. By visiting this site, requesting samples, submitting a dealer application or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

1. Who this site is for

This site is for flooring dealers, distributors, contractors and other trade buyers. Products are sold by quote and written order, not through online checkout. Prices, if shown, are for information only until confirmed in a written quote.

2. Product information

We try to show colors, dimensions and specifications accurately. Screen colors, natural variation between production lots and photo lighting mean the actual product may differ slightly. Order samples before placing an order where color or texture matters. Specifications may change without notice; the specification sheet supplied with your quote governs.

3. Quotes and orders

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Container orders are made to order. Minimum order is one full 20-ft container; products may be mixed within a container.
  • Payment terms: 30% deposit to place the order, 70% balance before the container ships from the factory. Customs duty is included in the balance payment.
  • Estimated lead time is 30–45 days from deposit until the container leaves the factory. Ocean transit and port times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Freight, tariff and duty changes between the quote date and arrival are passed through at cost.
  • An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and receive the deposit. We may decline any order.

4. Delivery

Door-to-door delivery includes ocean freight, customs clearance, duty and trucking to the delivery address in the quote. The buyer must provide safe access and suitable unloading equipment (forklift or dock). Two hours of unloading time are included; additional waiting time is charged to the buyer. Cargo insurance is included. Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, with photos, and reported to us within 48 hours.

5. Cancellations and returns

Because orders are made to order, deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Delivered products are not returnable except for warranty claims or confirmed shipping damage reported as described above.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the Nroro limited warranty published on this site. The warranty requires installation according to our installation instructions. Except for that written warranty, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.

7. Samples and dealer applications

Sample kits are free and are for evaluation only. Submitting a dealer application does not create a dealer relationship; we may approve or decline any application.

8. Use of the site

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload harmful code, or copy our content, photos, trademarks or product data for commercial use without our written permission. The Nroro name and logo are our trademarks.

9. Information you send us

Information you submit through forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

10. Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nroro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or installation labor, arising from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the products involved.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nroro harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any order are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with any signed quote or sales contract, are the entire agreement between you and us; if they conflict, the signed quote or contract controls.
